The reaction we often get when we hear these two words, Social. Media is like that of a baby jumping for joy.

1. Tools: Like it or not in the world of today most business cannot perform at their pick without the use of social media and managing it can both be exciting and terrifying. The old adage that says content is King is only true when you have a scheduling app or tools that can help you in management of your engagement and saving you hours that manual posting can take and also give you insight on our to monitor your activities online.

2. Power of Hashtag: It is one of the new ways to reach audience faster, but don't get carried away with popular Hashtags like #love #covid19. You can have tailored hastags for your business, #mushinbakers #lekkiwedding Instagram recently makes it possible for you to add clickable hashtag to your profile making your page more searchable and leading to new followers.

3. Promotion: You can boost your blog post on social Media. This way you can increase traffic of your website by publishing them on social media with a clickable link. This help users find your post easily and boost your blog view.

4. Ideal time to post: To determine best posting time, begin with guessing and start using it to set scheduling strategy. Pay attention to which time earns the most traffic such as morning, afternoon during lunch break. Pay attention to the changes and adjust your social media schedule accordingly.

5. Focus less on metrics: Do not focus on "vanity metrics", number of likes and followers you receive on social media. In reality, your engagement should be the number one focus. Likes can show your post makes sense but comment and conversation means that the audience are interested in the information you share.

6. Power of Instagram stories: This is the goldmine of interacting with audience and getting feedbacks. Try posting few stories weekly and add things viewers can interact with like, poll, questions or stickers. Avoid over posting.
